I noticed that the cylinder gets sluggish or like stuck when it comes down and it's at the very end. Is that something normal that the cylinder does? Like a kushon stopp at the end so it doesn't hit hard? Or is this a sign that the cylinder is getting stuck because of damaged seals inside.
