    • Keep framework and conveyor belts clean of dirt build-up, grease and oil residues.

    • Inspect drive belts for wear.

    • Check that the air pressure is regulated to the proper setting (80 PSI), and that the automatic discharge of water from the air supply filter / regulator unit is working properly.

    • If supplied, check that all casters are in the locked position when operating.

    • Inspect drive belts for proper belt tension and belt tracking. Refer to pages 17 and 19 of the Operation and Service manual.

    • Correct tension and tracking will prolong belt and Idle bearing life.

    • Inspect the lock adjustment of the upper tape head of the mast traveler. Proper adjustment will maintain a good grip on the column and prevent the tape head from moving out of position. Refer to page 10 of Operation and Service manual.

    • Inspect the top and bottom conveyor electric gearmotor units for evidence of oil leakage, noise or vibration. Keep the units free of dirt, excessive accumulation of dirt or grease will affect the proper cooling of the units.

    • Remove the drive belts. The take-up idle pulleys and drive pulleys should be inspected for wear and cleaned of any dirt build-up before the drive belts are re-installed. Check for bearing wear in the idle pulley assemblies. Refer to pages 16-19 of the Operation and Service manual.

    • Check that all pneumatic limit switches and cylinders are in good working order.

    • Check for any loose or missing fasteners
