Every few days: add lubricating oil to the Blade Lubricating Pad.

This will prevent build-up and extend the service life of the blade.

Every three months: clean and lubricate the Clutch Roller Bearing.

Lubricating the Clutch Roller ensures it rotates smoothly and provides proper tape tension during sealing.

Use a 9/16” Socket Wrench to remove the nut.

Disassemble the Clutch Roller and retrieve the bearing.

Use solvent to clean the bearing. Blow with air to dry.

Lubricate the bearing.

Reverse steps to reassemble the Clutch Roller.
