  1. Every few days: add lubricating oil to the Blade Lubricating Pad.

  2. Every three months: clean and lubricate the Clutch Roller Bearing. Lubricating the Clutch Roller ensures it rotates smoothly and provides proper tape tension during sealing.

    • Use a 9/16” Socket Wrench to remove the nut.

    • Disassemble the Clutch Roller and retrieve the bearing.

    • Use solvent to clean the bearing. Blow with air to dry.

    • Lubricate the bearing.

    • Reverse steps to reassemble the Clutch Roller.
