    • Visually inspect the WF20 for loose fasteners, and leaks in the pneumatic system, and drain bottle overflow.

    • Ensure that the guide rods are adequately lubricated. Remove any glue residue from the machine. Inspect hot melt system for leaks.

    • Check reducer lubricant level and replenish as required.

    • Check conveyor belt condition, tracking, and tension.

    • If an enclosure air cooling fan and venting system is present on the electrical control panel, remove the filter covers and wash the foam filters with soap and warm water periodically to keep them clean.
