Case Width 'D'
- Use a sample case to adjust the width.
- Tilt the case guide rails forward to unlock the width adjustment mechanism.
- Move the guides in or out until they lightly contact the sides of the case. Both guides will move together in a self-centering action.
- Return the guides to the horizontal locked position.
Case Height 'H'
Setting Up New Cases
- Turn the height adjustment wheel to raise the Top Tapehead Holder.
- Place a closed sample case under the Top Tapehead holder.
- Turn the height adjustment wheel to lower the Top Tapehead Holder so that it lightly contacts the closed case.
- Record the indicated height along the Case Height Ruler.
Setting Up Previously Measured Cases
- Determine the case you will seal and its previously recorded height.
- Turn the height adjustment wheel to the correct height along the Case Height Ruler.
NOTE: Depending on case fill, some minor adjustment may be further required in order to firmly tape down the top flaps.
