Disposal of Case Evaluation and Testing Samples

To identify the period for when case evaluation and case testing samples can be recycled and where exceptions apply.

Related to Wexxar, BEL and iPak.

Retain samples up to and including 60 days from date stated on case bundle. After which cases can be recycled without question. This timeframe correlates to the period of valid quotation.

EXCEPTION:

iPak Evaluation Samples can only be discarded following prior approval from the Product Manager.

Retain samples up to when the machine is heading to shipping. After which cases can be recycled without question. This ensures all testing, and changes, have taken place and the machine has been signed off.

EXCEPTION:

Unless special request from customer has been stated and made clear to the parties involved. i.e. Production
