Do this task at the end of every day.

Use solvent to remove tape pieces and residue from the Tape Guide, Finger Adjustment, Contact and Wipe Down rollers.

Do not use a knife on the Contact and Wipe Down rollers.

(Daily) Oil the knife and felt pad with light machine oil.

The knife blade is extremely sharp. Use caution when cleaning.

(Every 3 months) Tighten the knife blade's retainer screws.

Use the holes in the guard to loosen and tighten retainer screws,
-

(Daily) Apply talcum powder to the Contact and Wipe Down rollers to improve static cling to the tape.

(Weekly) Check the rollers and replace them if they are freely spinning or damaged.

Do not oil the rollers.

Check all springs for lively action and replace if necessary.

(Weekly) Clean the Clutch Roller with light solvent.
-
(Every 3 months) Remove the Clutch roller, wash bearing with solvent, and blow out with air. Oil with light machine oil and reassemble.
